Volcanic Challengers

Mount Rainier (near) and Mount Baker (far,) from the window of an Alaska Airlines special livery Bombardier Dash-8 Q400. This was my first verified sight of the United States on my first ever international trip last summer to visit and seeing these mountains from afar has really made me want to see them closer up in person! (And perhaps hike around one - one of the greatest shorter length long distance hikes loops Mount Rainier, the Wonderland Trail.)

I love how you can clearly see where Mount Rainier's last eruption was (that collapsed side) - super cool!
