Christmas 2012 Card Design

Because I'm sending this to some people this year who don't celebrate Christmas (or so I would if I had money!) I decided to write 'Season's Greetings' instead of 'Merry Christmas' though personally, I don't think of Christmas as religious at all. For me it's merely a time for family, good food, decking the halls as I don't any other time of year and giving back to loved ones. I think the fact that I call Christmas 'Krissmus' on Rimer reflects this feeling of mine pretty well - Krissmus is the phonetic version of the name, religion removed. (Plus, I've always thought that the colonists on Rimer wouldn't want to bother with all the complications in the English language.)

Also I just felt like writing 'Season's Greetings.' I have another card design coming up, if I can ever think of something witty to say with it! That one WILL be available in the shop. There's also a possibility of a third but I have a ton of other art to do, including a big ass picture for my brother and a design for my mom (which is non-Christmas but when you're a freeloader at your parents' house they pretty much own your artistic ass XD. Plus, she's my mom and I love her! )

That dog was supposed to be a corgi but I think it's more of a cross because I didn't put much energy into it. Really, all that counts is the cuteness!

I MAY add holly to this somewhere.

Oh and strawberry roan won the poll, so the horse is that. ^{Originally there wasn't even supposed to be a horse but this picture just demanded one because horses are awesome and there's a goat so this is pretty farmy. And horses belong on farms. Yep.}
