Oh Crap, I ITCH!

Soooo this morning I woke up and my elbows were itchy. At first I thought it was bug bites, you know? But then I realized I was itching in other places... my knee... my knuckles... my toes... my fingers. So I tried putting on some bug bite medicine. Didn't work! Hell, I barely felt it. The medicine which usually relieves my itching within like two seconds worked for maybe half a second then stopped. THEN I started getting itchier. Now my knuckles and fingers are all wrapped up in red hivey type things and there's nobody here to help me because both my parents are at work. Now, let me tell you - I've never been allergic to ANYTHING. Seriously. I've had a weird reaction when I ate too many pistachios and the gas from jalapeno peppers screws me up a little when I accidentally inhale it, but I'm sure it does that to most people.

But it seems I'm allergic to something and worst of all, that something seems to be my magnesium supplement. (WTF.) I've never had a reaction this strong before to anything. Hell, the last time I had a rash (and it was nowhere near this bad) I was in elementary school and I never told anyone about it because I thought it would go away, which it did.

So now I have no idea what to do and my parents can't help me, so I'm stuck suffering at home until they return, at which time I hope one of them will take me to the damn walk in clinic. For now I'm going to change my clothes, wash them and my bedding, take a shower, then slather on as much lotion as possible. Hopefully that helps. If it doesn't than I dunno, all I know is that this sucks!

The worst part? The rash has spread to the webbing of my hands between my fingers - I can't move my hands without being itchy, which means I can't really draw. >< This sucks!!!

just wondering you go to capillano right? have you ever done the summer character animation program? I was going to but I have to work full time during the summer and I was like to broke to pay for it lol but I know someone who is. and we were just wondering what it would be like.

Well I never took part in the summer program, because I was living in the Okanagan last year and couldn't attend, but I have heard it's pretty fun. It covers the basics mostly I think. I could point you to some who have actually been to it, but I forget who in my class has and who hasn't. >< I think it's about as intensive as the normal uni course. I wish I could tell you more sorry. :(

Stuff is going okay :) I'm publishing my book this summer. I just wish I had a job and money, because as it is I'm having a pretty difficult time financially. Wish I could say stuff was better. :)

1. Read your own work! Best way to edit it! (And keep in touch with parts you've already written as you write new parts, so you don't screw up the continuem.)
2. Have other people read your work! They'll catch stuff you'd miss.
3. Read it out load!
